"I want to give my driving-school visitors the freedom to ask questions and book lessons instantly—day or night—without tying up our phone lines. To do that, I need an AI-powered chatbot that lives on our main website and can be extended later to channels such as Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp.

Core functions
• Guide prospects through course choices, lesson packages, and available schedules.
• Collect the details required to complete a booking (preferred dates, transmission type, pickup address, contact info) and pass them straight to our existing booking calendar or CRM.
• Answer routine questions on pricing, instructor qualifications, license requirements, refund policies, and anything else pulled from a knowledge base that you help me set up.
• Handover to a human agent whenever confidence drops or the user asks something outside scope.

Key expectations
• Natural, friendly conversational flow—no scripted “robot” feel.
• Easy-to-update FAQ database so staff can add new answers without coding.
• Dashboard or basic analytics that show conversation counts, conversion rates, and common unanswered questions.
• GDPR-compliant data handling, as many of our learners are teens.

Tech is flexible: I am happy with Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa, or a custom lightweight NLP stack if you can prove it is maintainable and cost-effective. Just keep monthly hosting costs low and integration steps clear—I am comfortable with WordPress hooks and basic webhooks but not deep server work.
