Project Description:

We are seeking an experienced developer or small team to build a mobile app (iOS + Android) designed for the Iraqi market, starting in a single city as a pilot.

App Concept:

A buyer takes or uploads a photo of something they need (e.g. spare part, tailoring request, fix, custom order)

Approved sellers in the same city receive the order request and submit bids (price + ETA + short message)

The buyer compares bids and selects the best one

Admin (you/me) controls which sellers are approved and can see orders

MVP Features Required:
Buyer App:

Phone number login via SMS OTP

Arabic-only user interface (must support RTL layout)

Upload or capture photo + optional text note

Submit order → real-time fan-out to city-specific sellers

Receive and view bids (price + ETA + message)

Accept one bid

Push notifications + SMS alerts

Seller App:

Apply for seller access (requires admin approval)

See orders only from their selected city (Diwaniya)

Submit a bid (price + estimated delivery time + short message)

Admin Dashboard (Web-based):

View and approve/reject seller applications

Monitor incoming orders and seller bids

Control which sellers can view orders

Optional: Manage seller subscriptions/paywall (phase 2)

Preferred Tech Stack (Open to Suggestions):

Mobile app: Flutter or React Native (Arabic UI support required)

Backend: Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage) OR Node.js + PostgreSQL

Notifications: FCM push + SMS (Infobip, Twilio, Unifonic, or similar with Iraq delivery)

Image upload: Resized/compressed before upload to S3 or Firebase Storage

Admin panel: Simple React, Vue, or plain HTML dashboard

Deliverables:

Functional mobile app (iOS + Android) ready for submission

Admin web dashboard (basic but working)

Arabic UI with proper RTL layout

Source code with build instructions

Post-delivery technical support (30–45 days for minor bugs)

Simple runbook or documentation

Project Scope & Constraints:

Arabic is the only user language required in this version

City-specific launch (Diwaniya only); must filter orders and sellers by location

No payments in this version (cash is assumed)

App should be optimized for low-end Android phones (Iraq-specific reality)

UI must look clean and professional (not a prototype or student project)
