"I need an AI-driven chatbot deployed on both my public website and our companion mobile app. The bot’s core purpose is two-fold: first, to handle everyday customer support by answering FAQs, guiding troubleshooting steps, and escalating complex issues to a live agent when necessary; second, to boost user engagement through friendly onboarding tips, personalised product suggestions, and quick feedback prompts.

The conversation flow must feel natural and start with targeted questions that quickly identify the user’s intent so replies stay relevant and concise. I’m open to the underlying framework—GPT-based services, Dialogflow, Rasa, or a custom-hosted model—so long as it integrates cleanly with our existing tech stack and keeps response times low.
