Project description:
"Every six months I run a full health-check on my site and now want a reliable partner who can take over the process end-to-end. Each cycle needs to cover three pillars simultaneously: current SEO performance, any security vulnerabilities, and the overall user experience and design quality.
I’m not tied to a specific auditing platform—if you already work with Screaming Frog, Semrush, OWASP tools, Lighthouse, or your own custom stack, feel free to bring it along and briefly explain why it suits the job. What matters is that the findings are distilled into an easy-to-read summary that highlights key issues, their impact, and clear next steps rather than a lengthy data dump.
Scope and rhythm
• Conduct a comprehensive audit twice a year (roughly every six months).
• Deliver a concise report summarising critical findings, quick-win fixes, and longer-term improvements.
• Apply routine updates or patches that fall within the agreed scope right after each audit, so the site stays healthy between cycles.
Acceptance criteria
• Summary report delivered as a PDF or Google Doc, no more than 3–4 pages, organised by priority.
• Screenshots or code snippets included only for issues that truly need illustration.
• All applied updates logged with date, action taken, and version numbers where relevant.
If this cadence and format fit your workflow, let’s get the first audit scheduled soon so we can establish a smooth semiannual routine." (client-provided description)
