"I’m taking a lightweight, multi-tenant HR platform from idea to launch and I need a seasoned mobile engineer to own the cross-platform app. The first release concentrates on Performance Reviews, so everything you build should revolve around:

• role-based access for admins, managers and employees
• goal setting and tracking workflows
• continuous feedback collection
• automated evaluation summaries and push notifications

Tech-wise, Flutter or React Native would be good as long as the result is store-ready for both Android (Play Store) and iOS (App Store).

Timeline is 3–6 months to an MVP in the stores.
