Here’s the workflow I have in mind:

• Staff create or update a project entry
• They upload images or videos, or link in a live camera stream
• We tag the record to a specific customer
• The customer signs in and sees only their projects, media, and the camera feed in real time
• Alongside each project we store payment status, reference numbers, and amounts (no online checkout or gateway needed—just display and reporting)

Authentication is required only for these customer-specific areas; the rest of the site (about us, services, contact, etc.) should remain public. A clean, responsive layout is essential because many clients view updates from mobile devices.
