"I’m building a comprehensive telemedicine solution that lets our partner doctors consult, prescribe, and follow-up with patients entirely online. The core of the platform is a secure video consultation module (WebRTC or similar) that runs smoothly on desktop and mobile browsers, backed by appointment scheduling tools that surface an intuitive calendar to both doctors and patients.

For patients the journey should feel like any modern e-commerce experience: they pick a time slot, pay online through an integrated gateway, join the video call, and—if medication is prescribed—add items to a shopping cart for doorstep delivery. Their dashboard has to hold an easily navigable medical history as well as every electronic prescription we issue.

Doctors, on the other hand, need a clean dashboard with an appointment calendar, real-time access to patient records, and a prescription writer that feeds directly into the patient’s profile and our pharmacy module. All electronic health records must remain secure, searchable, and exportable.

A brief outline of the deliverables I expect:
• Responsive web app (optional PWA or companion mobile shell) with secure video consultations
• Patient flow: account creation, appointment scheduling, payment, medical history access, shopping cart, and medicine delivery tracking
• Doctor flow: profile setup, appointment calendar, real-time patient record access, e-prescription issuing
• Central EHR repository with role-based permissions
• Payment gateway integration and order-to-delivery linkage for medications
• Admin console for user management, analytics, and content edits

Compliance with standard healthcare data regulations and an easily extendable microservice or modular architecture will be important acceptance criteria. I’m open to your preferred stack as long as it meets these needs and can scale quickly." (client-provided description)
