Core objectives
— Move from static HTML to a modern CMS or custom framework that lets me add, edit and retire tour packages on my own, without touching code.
— Surface live Google Reviews on key pages; a simple back-office toggle to curate or hide any review is essential.
— Allow both video and written testimonials to be added from the admin area and displayed attractively on the site.
— Keep the design responsive and lightweight so it loads quickly on mobile networks travellers rely on.
— Smooth, secure enquiry or booking flow; I only need lead capture today, but the architecture should be ready for a full booking engine later.
— Basic on-page SEO controls (titles, meta, slugs) built into the CMS so I can refine content as trips evolve.

Acceptable deliverables
1. Fully developed, responsive website migrated to my hosting.
2. Admin dashboard with tour package CRUD, testimonial management and Google Review integration.
3. Brand-matched UI/UX, carried over from the current site’s colours and logo.
4. Clear hand-off documentation: CMS credentials, plugin/module list, and a quick-start guide covering how to create a new tour, upload a testimonial, and moderate reviews.
5. Two weeks of post-launch support for bug fixes and small adjustments.

Tech is flexible—WordPress with a solid travel package plugin, Laravel + Voyager, or another stack you favour—so long as the back-end is intuitive and future-proof.
