"I need a web-based CRM that fits the day-to-day rhythm of a small retail operation. The platform must let us capture and organise contacts, leads and sales opportunities in one place, track each deal through a visual pipeline, set task reminders or simple automations, and keep running notes or activity logs that anyone on the team can review. Everything has to look clean on mobile as well as desktop so staff can pull it up on the shop floor.

Because our store relies heavily on email campaigns and online checkout, the build has to talk to common email-marketing tools (for example Mailchimp or Klaviyo) and connect seamlessly with standard payment gateways such as Stripe or PayPal. A single user role is all we need—every authorised staff member will share the same level of access—so there’s no requirement for complex permission hierarchies.

I’m aiming for a quick turnaround once we kick off, and the final hand-over should include:
• full source code and database schema
• deployment guide for a typical LAMP, MERN or similar stack
• a short user manual covering the key workflows
