"Our organization is embarking on a PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface initiative aimed squarely at our employee population. The goal is to give every staff member a clean, mobile-responsive experience that lets them complete routine self-service tasks effortlessly, whether they are at a desk or on a phone.

I have a running PeopleSoft environment and enough functional resources; what I need now is a specialist who can translate those requirements into Fluid pages, tiles, and navigation collections that feel modern and intuitive. While the exact transactions to be surfaced are still being finalized—payroll, leave, benefits, and similar day-to-day actions are all on the table—the unifying requirement is an employee-first design that performs well across devices.

Key expectations
• Review existing classic components and recommend a Fluid approach.
• Configure or build Fluid pages, related content, and security so employees can launch tasks from a single landing page.
• Apply styling that aligns with our corporate brand without breaking delivered upgrade paths.
• Package the solution with clear migration instructions and short admin-level documentation.

Acceptance criteria
1. A responsive Fluid landing page that renders correctly on desktop, tablet, and phone form factors.
2. At least one employee self-service transaction fully converted to Fluid and passing unit tests.
3. Documentation describing setup steps, security roles, and any custom PeopleCode or JavaScript used.

PeopleTools 8.58 is in place, and we develop in Oracle SQL Developer and Change Assistant, so familiarity with those tools will help you hit the ground running.
