What I need you to create
• A responsive attendee interface where viewers can enter a conference, follow the live stream, and interact through a basic text chat.
• A host / admin dashboard that lets me schedule sessions, manage speakers, control the stream, and view real-time analytics such as viewer count and average watch time.
• A robust streaming layer (WebRTC, HLS, or a third-party CDN—open to your recommendation) that scales to at least a few hundred concurrent viewers without noticeable lag.
• Full source code, deployment scripts, and concise documentation so updates or hand-offs are painless.

Acceptance test: set up a mock event, push a live feed, and have 50 simultaneous test viewers join from different browsers with no buffering or audio sync issues.
