"I’m looking for an AI Systems Architect to help me build agentic AI workflows across multiple platforms — including Notion AI, n8n, GPT, and other emerging technologies.

Your role is to help me:

Design and build custom AI agents that enhance productivity, organization, and creativity.

Integrate these agents seamlessly into my current systems (Notion, Google Suite, Loom, etc.).

Teach and document each workflow so I can learn and expand my own systems over time.

This is a hands-on, collaborative role for someone who understands both system design and AI orchestration — someone who can bridge the gap between structure, automation, and intelligence.

Deliverables
Phase 1 – System Audit & Strategy
Review my current workflow across Notion, GPT, and n8n.
Identify opportunities for automation, agent creation, and workflow enhancement.
Deliver a short Loom + Notion report outlining proposed architecture and next steps.
Phase 2 – Prototype Agent Build
Build one working agentic workflow (e.g., automated task triage, content organization, CRM enrichment, or meeting summary assistant).

Integrate GPT reasoning or API triggers within n8n or similar tools.
Ensure all logic and integrations are clearly documented.
Phase 3 – Documentation & Training

Create a clear SOP in Notion and a Loom walkthrough explaining setup, logic, and expansion options.
Provide recommendations for scaling and improving future automations." (client-provided description)
