"I’m looking to have a simple, reliable WhatsApp chatbot built that gathers three core pieces of information from every visitor—(1) their name with preferred contact details, (2) the product or service they’re enquiring about, and (3) any feedback or complaints they might have—and then pushes each completed interaction into Google Sheets.

The Sheet must stay clean and readable, so please log every conversation on one single tab, one row per customer, with the headers you feel are logical (timestamp, name, phone/email, enquiry, feedback, etc.). No data should spill into extra worksheets.

You’re free to work with Twilio, the WhatsApp Cloud API, or any other compliant gateway you prefer; just make sure setup is done under my own account so I’m not tied to someone else’s keys later. Once live, the flow should:

• greet the user automatically
• guide them through the three questions above
• confirm submission back to them
• add the row instantly to the Sheet

A short README or Loom walkthrough that shows how to edit questions or reconnect the Google credential will round out the hand-off. I’ll test the bot end-to-end before sign-off, so please allow for at least one round of tweaks after initial delivery." (client-provided description)
