"I need a cross-platform mobile app that lets our drivers record every bakery delivery from the moment it leaves the van to the moment the empty crates come back. The app must run natively on both iOS and Android and integrate each morning with our existing bakery software so drivers automatically see that day’s drop list.

A driver signs in with a simple username and password, opens the assigned delivery, snaps a photo of the goods at the client’s door, then records how many crates were handed over and how many empties were collected. All entries sync immediately to a cloud back-end that an admin can view in real time.

From the admin side I need month-end reporting that compares crates out versus crates returned, giving totals per client and for the whole business. A dashboard or exportable PDF/CSV is fine as long as I can filter by date range and driver.

• iOS and Android apps compiled and ready for store submission
• Secure username/password authentication for Driver and Admin roles
• Daily one-way sync from our bakery software to populate delivery routes (API documentation ready to share)
• Photo capture stored alongside delivery record
• Crate in / crate out counters with validation to avoid negative numbers
• Admin panel or endpoint that generates the monthly crate balance report
