"I have the core business logic of a Python-based desktop application ready and running on Windows, but the user interface is still just a placeholder. Your task is to turn that skeleton into a polished, intuitive GUI that feels native on Windows.

The application is strictly a desktop tool—no web or mobile layers involved—so every UI element should respect Windows conventions for layout, navigation, and shortcut keys. I’m flexible on the exact Python toolkit (PyQt5/6, Tkinter, wxPython, Kivy, or another you prefer) as long as it remains easy to install with standard package managers and plays nicely on current Windows builds.

Deliverables
• Clean, well-commented Python source that hooks into my existing functions (I’ll share a simple API stub).
• A consistent visual theme, with responsive resizing and clear error messages.
• A short README explaining setup, required pip installs, and how to trigger the main window.

Acceptance criteria
• The project must run from a single `python [login to view URL]` command on Windows 10/11.
• No hard-coded paths—use relative references so I can move the folder freely.
