"I’m seeing odd behaviour in the header of my homepage whenever a user scrolls. The navigation bar is supposed to animate smoothly and reveal its dropdowns on hover or tap, yet while scrolling those animations jitter, sometimes refuse to trigger, or get stuck half-open. This glitch is limited to the homepage; interior pages behave normally, so the root cause is likely a conflict in the homepage’s JavaScript or CSS.

I need someone comfortable debugging front-end interactions—think JavaScript (possibly vanilla or a small jQuery snippet), CSS transitions, and any scroll-linked event listeners—to quickly trace and resolve the problem. You’ll have access to the repo and staging site for live testing.
