"My current site has solid content but it’s overdue for a refresh, both visually and under the hood. I need three things handled together:

• Design updates focused on the overall layout and page structure. The core navigation, colors, and imagery are mostly fine, but the way each page is arranged no longer meets modern UX expectations. I’d like cleaner sections, better spacing, and a responsive grid that feels cohesive across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

• Content updates to match the new layout. Some copy needs tightening, headings must align with the revised hierarchy, and a few images should be swapped out to avoid dated stock photos. You don’t need to rewrite everything—just place the content where it makes the most sense, suggest improvements, and ensure each page flows naturally.

• Functionality upgrades where necessary. This mainly involves ensuring every new layout element is fully interactive and performance-friendly. Small JavaScript touches (e.g., smooth scrolling, collapsible sections) and accessibility tweaks (ARIA labels, keyboard navigation) are important. If you spot quick-win improvements—lazy loading, better form handling, or minor SEO fixes—flag them and we’ll incorporate them.

Please work directly in my staging environment (WordPress with Elementor Pro). Once changes are complete, I’ll review, we’ll iterate if needed, and then push live.

Acceptance criteria:
1. Every page follows the newly agreed layout, renders correctly in the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox, and passes a mobile-friendly test.
2. Existing content is reorganized without loss, new copy or graphics fit naturally, and no broken links appear.
3. Revised pages score 90+ on Google Lighthouse for performance and accessibility, measured on staging before go-live.
