"I want to overhaul my Spectora report layout so it works for every kind of commercial inspection I handle—offices, retail, warehouses, you name it. I will share a sample template that shows the look-and-feel I’m after; you’ll translate that into a fully functioning Spectora template inside the platform’s Template Editor.

Key points I need you to cover
• Organize the template so that it’s intuitive for all commercial property types, with clear sections, comment libraries, and the usual Spectora smart features (defect location tags, photo slots, summary page, etc.).
• Follow the structure in my example while still letting me add or hide sections on the fly for different jobs.
• Make sure the finished template imports cleanly into my Spectora account and renders correctly in both PDF and web views.

Deliverables

2. A short screen-share or written walkthrough that shows where you placed the key sections and how to customize them further.
