"Need to polish up a wordpress website for a smooth user experience from login to dashboard and application submission.

The current website is a 3 way marketplace, (1) seller of an opportunity where seller defines the requirement/ expectation of (2) buyer for an opportunity where the buyer applies using questionere as resume (3) broker which connects seller and buyer of a store.

Work to improve:
The login should allow 3 profile creation.
Each 3 profile has their dashboard (kanban) to help tracking applications
Admin to help monitor application and be able to override application status to help keep it unblocked
Metrics for applications , how much time and interation improvement happens for application
Payout logic ( move to escrow) and comission payout to broker

New work to do:
Wordpress plugins for application management (fluent plugin, unless adviced better alternate tool)
, contact form, customer support, crm for seller and broker for respective applications only: and application admin CRM for all application and metrics.

Mobile responsive
AI/ ML for all three profile to act as their system support which help them with application submission, opportunity recommendation and status notification for their application." (client-provided description)
