"I’m putting together a clean, responsive online newspaper and I’d like a WordPress specialist to handle the full build. The site will launch with three core sections—Local News, International News, Sports, Opinion and other options —each with its own landing page, latest-story highlights and easy-to-browse archives.

Here’s what I need done:
• Set up WordPress on my hosting, configure the database and apply a modern, newsroom-style theme (a premium theme is fine if it can be customised).
• Create the categories mentioned above, plus the usual supporting pages (About, Contact, Privacy, etc.).
• Build a flexible front page that automatically pulls in the most recent stories from each section, supports featured images and allows me to pin a breaking-news banner when required.
• Make sure editors can add articles, images and videos from the normal WordPress dashboard without extra training—no custom code edits every time we post.
• Optimise for speed (caching, image compression, lightweight plugins) and basic on-page SEO.
• Because I’m not offering reader accounts right now, no registration or login features are required beyond the standard WordPress admin access.
