"I am looking for a skilled 3D artist to create a realistic, low-polygon 3D head model of a person based on a series of reference photos I will provide. The final model needs to be optimized for use in a real-time web application and must include specific facial expressions as morph targets (blend shapes).

Project Details & Requirements:

3D Model Creation:

You will create a realistic 3D model of a human head based on several reference pictures I will provide (front, side, and angled views).

The model should be "low-poly" (optimized for performance on the web) but still retain a good level of detail and likeness to the person in the photos.

The model should include the head and neck.

Facial Expressions (Morph Targets / Blend Shapes):

The model must include the following facial expressions as morph targets:

Neutral: The default, resting expression.

Smile: A natural, genuine smile.

Angry: An angry or frowning expression.

Surprise: Eyes and mouth wide open in surprise.

Sad: A sad or disappointed expression.

Blink Left: The left eye closed.

Blink Right: The right eye closed.

Mouth Open: A simple "talking" pose with the jaw lowered, as if saying "ah." This will be used for a basic lip-sync animation.

Final Deliverable:

You will deliver two versions of the final model:

Web-Optimized Model: A low-polygon version, optimized for real-time web use with a small file size. This is the primary model for the application.

High-Quality Model: A high-resolution, detailed version suitable for high-quality renders or future use.

Both models must be delivered as separate .glb files.

All textures must be embedded within each .glb file.

The morph targets must be correctly named (e.g., "Smile", "Angry", "MouthOpen") and included in both model exports.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in 3D character modeling and digital sculpting (e.g., in Blender, ZBrush, Maya).

Strong ability to create realistic human likenesses from photo references.

Expertise in creating and exporting morph targets (shape keys in Blender).

Experience in creating low-polygon, game-ready, or web-optimized 3D assets.
