"I’m putting together a small, proof-of-concept: a casual 2D multiplayer experience built with Unity Netcode for GameObjects and Unity Relay. The core loop is simple—players (up to eight) join a lobby, answer timed multiple-choice questions pulled from XML files, then jump straight into a brief mini-game before the next round begins.

Scope and expectations
• Stable networking is top priority. I need authoritative, modular code that can survive disconnects and keep clients in sync.
• Target platform is mobile first (Android / iOS), while keeping WebGL builds compiling and runnable for quick browser demos. No polished visuals or fancy UI—just functional screens that let us test the flow.
• Clean folder structure, clear naming, and comments so the prototype can be expanded later by my team.

Deliverables
• A Unity 2022+ project that runs the full loop: lobby → timed quiz rounds (XML driven) → mini-game phase → results screen → next round.
• Basic prefab-based UI for lobby, timer, question choices, and a placeholder mini-game interaction.
• Builds for IOS, Android (APK) plus a WebGL export that loads without errors.
• Short README covering project setup, XML test-data format, and any relay service configuration steps.

Acceptance criteria
• Eight clients can connect through Unity Relay, start a session, and complete at least three rounds without desync or crashes.
• XML question file can be swapped without code changes.
• Average round-trip latency under 150 ms on a US relay when tested with two phones on LTE.
