Work Flow Structure below

1. Sales Rep Management - SalesRep App (installed)

Create rep profiles with:

- Unique registration link
- Assigned collections/brands
- Commission % or fixed rate
- Track rep clients and their orders.
- Dashboard for rep commissions.

2. Client Account Creation

Clients register via reps unique link - generated:

- System automatically tags the client with "rep:JohnDoe".
- Tag also links them to their allowed collections.

3. Product/Collection Access

Goal:

- Public visitors see all products.
- Logged-in rep clients see only their assigned collections, even if those collections include public products.

Implementation:

Theme-based conditional logic (Liquid code):

Check if customer has rep: tag
Show only assigned collections/products assigned to each specific rep
Public visitors see full catalog.

Optional: Locksmith can be used for extra page-level restrictions - but may need to be coded

4. Order Tracking & Commissions

- Orders from rep clients are tagged with their rep ID. - (SalesRep)
- Commission calculated automatically per rep - (SalesRep)

Rep dashboard shows:

Client orders
Commission earned
Admin dashboard shows all reps, orders, commissions.

5. Rep–Client Communication

Two-way messaging between rep & client:
HubSpot/Gorgias (scalable)
Messages linked to customer account for easy tracking.

6. Rewards Integration

Rep clients automatically earn double reward points for all purchases through the existing Growave App
Implemented via Growave app.

Logic:

If customer has rep: tag → apply 2x reward points multiplier.
