"I have already mapped the entire workflow for a full-featured legal case management system—complete with a tree diagram of entities, user journeys, and database schema. What I need now is an experienced developer or small team to turn that blueprint into a stable, cross-platform product.

Scope
The solution will include three core modules that must sync seamlessly:
• Document management with versioning, full-text search, and secure sharing
• Task and statutory-deadline tracking with alerts and calendar integration
• Centralised client- and matter-information hub, searchable and reportable

Role-based access is essential. Admin users control settings and permissions, lawyers manage matters and deadlines, and clients access a streamlined portal for status checks and document exchange.

Platform Targets
A primary web/desktop build for Windows plus companion apps for iOS and Android. A single back-end API should power all three, keeping data in real time across devices.

Deliverables
1. Technical stack recommendation and project plan based on my blueprint
2. Initial MVP covering the three core modules and role management
3. iOS and Android apps (native or hybrid) tied to the same back-end
4. Deployment scripts, documentation, and source code hand-over

Acceptance Criteria
• All listed modules functional and integrated
• Data remains consistent across Windows, iOS, and Android clients
