• Produce a complete amortization schedule that users can scroll through or export.
• Compare multiple loan scenarios side by side, updating charts and figures instantly.
• Offer simple account creation (email or Sign in with Apple) and keep every past calculation stored so it reappears whenever the user returns.

Clean, Cupertino-style UI and snappy performance are important; everything should feel at home on the latest iPhone and remain backward-compatible to at least iOS 14. All formulas need to be thoroughly tested, and the project should arrive Xcode-ready with clear, commented code and a short README so I can open, build, and submit it to the App Store without surprises."
