"I need an end-to-end build of a web platform plus matching iOS and Android apps that streamline my day-to-day business operations. The project starts with UI/UX design and continues right through to hosting and store submission, so I’m looking for someone comfortable owning the full lifecycle.

Core scope
• Develop a responsive website and cross-platform mobile apps that share a single codebase where practical.
• Integrate a CRM that covers lead management, customer support and internal work management. I’m open to popular solutions such as HubSpot, Zoho or a custom module—whichever delivers clean APIs and future scalability.
• Connect the whole system to the official WhatsApp Business API so that incoming and outgoing messages are logged inside the CRM, keeping every interaction in one place.
• Deploy the web app to my preferred cloud host (AWS or similar) and publish the mobile apps to both stores under my developer accounts.
• Provide concise documentation plus a brief walkthrough so my team can manage routine admin without calling on you each time.

Must-haves
— Clean, modern interface that follows current iOS/Android design conventions.
— Secure authentication (OAuth or similar) and GDPR-compliant data handling.
— Modular architecture that allows me to bolt on new business-process features later.

Acceptance criteria
1. Website loads in under 3 s on a 4G connection and passes a Lighthouse performance score of 85+.
2. Both mobile apps pass App Store / Play Store review and mirror all web functionality.
3. CRM integration automatically creates or updates a contact when a WhatsApp message is received.
4. All source code, build scripts and environment variables are handed over in a private repository before final payment.
