"I have an internal-use iOS application ready to go, but I cannot make it available to my team until the proper in-house distribution certificate is in place. Because I do not yet have an Apple Developer Enterprise Program account, I need someone who can either walk me through obtaining the account or provide a compliant solution that results in a valid Apple in-house (enterprise) signing certificate.

Here is what I expect:
• A fully functioning Apple Developer Enterprise account tied to my company’s legal entity, or an equivalent arrangement that allows my IPA to be signed and distributed privately to employees.
• Generation of the required Distribution Certificate and Provisioning Profile for iOS.
• Clear, step-by-step notes so I can renew or manage the certificate myself later.

Experience with the Apple Developer Enterprise Program, certificate signing, and over-the-air installation (MDM, MAM or simple manifest/HTTPS hosting) is essential.
