"I have an existing fill-able PDF that I now want to turn into a WordPress-based feedback workflow. The goal is simple: visitors should be able to open a clean online form, complete it in any of the languages we provide, sign it with a built-in signature add-on, and submit it securely.

Here is what I need done:
• Rebuild the current PDF as a responsive form inside WordPress, preferably with Gravity Forms or Formidable Forms so we keep future editing easy.
• Ensure the form stores every submission in the database and triggers an automated, well-formatted confirmation email to both the visitor and a specified staff inbox.
• Generate a printable PDF that mirrors the original layout and includes the user’s data and signature. TCPDF, FPDF, or a native Gravity PDF extension is fine as long as the output is pixel-perfect.
• Implement multilingual support (at minimum English plus the language files I provide) so users can switch languages without losing the data they have already typed.
• Keep everything secure—CSRF protection, spam prevention, and SSL-friendly signature capture are must-haves.
