"I need a lively, cartoon-style character animation that plays as my mobile app’s splash screen. The goal is to greet users with a brief, memorable animated graphic that fits seamlessly into the existing iOS and Android builds.

Here’s what I have in mind:
• A short (2–4 second) looping animation featuring my brand mascot, delivered in a lightweight format such as Lottie JSON, Rive, or an optimized MP4/PNG sequence.
• Smooth, playful motion that stays on model with the mascot artwork I’ll supply.
• Transparent or adaptable background so I can drop it straight onto the app’s current splash layout.
• Final files plus any project sources (After Effects, Rive, Spine, etc.) so I can tweak colours or timing later.
