"I’m ready to launch a personal-portfolio site and need a developer who can take it from concept to a live, responsive build. The site’s primary purpose is to present my own work and background, so it should load quickly, look sharp on mobile and desktop, and be easy for me to update later.

At minimum, I want a PHP-powered contact form that delivers messages securely to my inbox and includes basic spam protection. Everything can be built with clean HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript (or a lightweight framework if you prefer) as long as the final code is well-commented. I’m also open to integrating an image gallery or even a small blog section once the core build is in place—feel free to suggest straightforward ways to add those later without bloating the site.
