"Our WooCommerce site already sells subscription packages managed through the VAPI API; what’s missing is a modern, sleek dashboard that lets each customer clearly see where they stand. Using the Avada theme as the visual foundation, I need a self-contained web-app that plugs into WordPress and surfaces:

• Current subscription details pulled live from VAPI
• Projected billing forecasts so users know upcoming charges

Minute-tracking data is available from the API as well, so build with the field in mind even if it isn’t rendered on day one.

Notifications must be built in: automatic emails for key events and real-time in-app alerts inside the dashboard. SMS can stay optional for a later phase, but the codebase should keep that path open.

Key build notes
– WordPress + WooCommerce native functions wherever practical for longevity
– Avada theme tools for layout consistency on desktop, tablet, mobile
– Clean, GDPR-compliant user data handling, HTTPS everywhere, nonce checks and capability controls for all Ajax calls
– No page builders beyond Avada’s own Fusion Builder; avoid hard-coded styles so the client brand can evolve

1. A WordPress plugin or child-theme module that installs the dashboard, ready for production
2. Fully responsive front-end matching Avada styling guidelines
3. VAPI integration code (PHP + JS) with secure API key storage and clear inline comments
4. Notification system (email + in-app) wired to Woo hooks and cron for scheduled sends
5. Short deployment guide so our in-house team can maintain and extend the feature set
