Fix Geo Tracking in Background (Capacitor + Angular Hybrid App)

Description:
We have a hybrid mobile application built with Angular 14 and converted to an Android APK using Capacitor.
Issue:
The Geo-fencing/Geo-tracking functionality works perfectly when the app is active or in the foreground. However, once the app is minimized or the mobile screen is turned off, it stops tracking location and fails to send location data to the server.
This is a critical issue as we need continuous background location tracking, even when the app is not actively being used.

• Framework: Angular 14
• Mobile Runtime: Capacitor (for building APK)
• Geo Tracking: Using JavaScript-based geolocation APIs
• Platform: Android (target)

Expected Outcome:
We need someone who can:
1. Implement reliable background geo-tracking that continues even when the app is minimized or close with screen is off.
2. Ensure location data is sent to the backend/server in real-time or at regular intervals.
3. Set up a foreground service with a persistent notification (if required by Android).
4. Handle battery optimization restrictions on Android devices.
5. Ensure compatibility with the existing Angular + Capacitor setup.
