"Building a mobile-first social network in React Native from the ground up. The core experience revolves around direct messaging, rich user profiles, a smooth, scrollable feed, and the ability to upload and display photos.

Authentication must work with both classic email-and-password sign-up and phone-number verification; whichever path a user chooses, the onboarding flow has to feel identical in polish.

I will provide wireframes and basic brand assets. What I need back is:
• Fully commented React Native source (latest stable version)
• iOS and Android builds ready for TestFlight / internal testing
• Simple backend setup or integration (Firebase, Supabase, or another proven option) handling auth, real-time chat, image storage, and feed data
• Brief hand-off notes so future iterations stay straightforward

The focus is on clean architecture, modular components, and steady performance even on older devices. If you have reusable UI libraries or proven chat modules, feel free to leverage them so long as they keep the codebase maintainable.
