The rough layout covers the main pages and overall look, but it still needs professional refinement, responsive styling, and all the underlying code that makes everything work smoothly.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Translate my initial wireframe and notes into clean, modern page designs that look great on desktop and mobile.
• Advise on the best platform or stack for long-term maintainability (whether that’s WordPress, a framework like React/Vue, or a lightweight custom build).
• Build the pages, style them to match the agreed design, and hook up any common essentials—navigation, basic SEO tags, performance optimisation, and analytics integration.
• Provide the finished site files (or repository) with clear hand-off instructions so I can deploy or maintain it easily in the future.
