"Summary
Help us ship a real product that helps farmers. We’re building a production-ready mobile app for an AgriTech platform and need an experienced Flutter developer who can move fast, communicate clearly, and deliver on a tight timeline.

What you’ll build

A cross-platform mobile app (Android + iOS) based on ~50 Figma screens, integrated with our fully documented REST APIs (Postman collection provided). The goal: App Store + Play Store submission by the end of the month.

Your responsibilities

Implement pixel-perfect UI from Figma in Flutter
Integrate APIs, state management, error handling, and offline-friendly flows
Add analytics, loggers, and crash reporting
Set up CI/CD (fastlane or equivalent) for test builds
Prepare stores (icons, screenshots, listings) and submit to Apple App Store & Google Play
Squash launch-blocking bugs and support review feedback

Must-haves

3+ years building Flutter apps in production
Published apps on both stores (please include links)
Strong with state management (Provider/Bloc/Riverpod), navigation, and responsive layouts
Experience with Play Store and App Store submission (certs, profiles, signing)
Solid API integration (pagination, auth, retries, caching)
Daily 15–20 min progress call for alignment (non-negotiable)
Excellent communication and proactive risk flagging

Nice-to-haves

Fastlane, Firebase (Auth/Crashlytics/Analytics), dynamic links, push notifications
Offline-first patterns, background sync
Basic DevOps for CI/CD pipelines

Timeline & engagement
