"I’d like a lightweight custom theme for JupyterLab that swaps the usual grey palette for a fresh range of blues. All three shades—light, medium, and dark—should be available so I can tune contrast as needed, while white and black remain on hand for accents or high-contrast situations.

Key colour targets
• Background: default to a soft light-blue canvas
• Text and UI chrome: scale from medium to dark blue for headings, menus, and status areas
• Code blocks and cells: use deeper blues for syntax backgrounds, keeping syntax-highlight colours readable against them

Please package the theme as a standard JupyterLab extension (labextension) that I can install with a single `jupyter labextension install` command. A quick switcher toggle in the JupyterLab settings menu will let me hop between the different blue intensities; if that’s not feasible, providing three separate but consistent themes is fine.

Acceptance
1. Theme installs and appears in the Settings → JupyterLab Theme menu without errors.
2. Default background is light blue, with clear readability of text and code.
3. No element reverts to the original grey when I move through notebooks, terminals, or the file browser.
