"I’m setting up [login to view URL] as a one-stop railway ticketing hub and need a complete build-out—website plus companion apps—fully licensed and integrated with IRCTC, Pravah and CRIS APIs. The front end must feel modern and sleek, with smooth, lightweight animations that keep performance solid even during peak traffic.

Core functions I expect from day one:
• Real-time train and seat availability, pulled directly from the official APIs
• PNR enquiry, status alerts and full seat-booking flow
• Automated commission logic that credits me ₹40 per confirmed ticket after GST, reflected transparently in reports and dashboards

Because IRCTC integration involves compliance, the build must cover: API whitelisting, license acquisition, data-security checks, government permissions and any onboarding paperwork. I’ll forward my logo files later but you can work with a placeholder in the meantime.

Once the web portal is stable, I need native apps released on both Android and iOS. A shared codebase (Flutter, React Native, Kotlin Multiplatform, etc.) is fine so long as the UX stays sharp and fast. Please include deployment to Play Store and App Store under my developer accounts.

Deliverables will be considered complete when:
• [login to view URL] is live on my server with SSL, domain email and CDN configured
• All listed API endpoints return correct data and booking succeeds end-to-end in sandbox and live modes
• Commission calculations tally in the admin panel and export to CSV
• Android & iOS builds pass store reviews and link to the same production backend
• Handover includes source code, API keys, license documents and a short video walkthrough of the admin area
