Setup details you should know:

• A few other WooCommerce extensions are active, so the solution can’t break anything else.

What I expect from you:
1. Hide or disable the “Pay Later” marketing line on the cart and checkout pages only, without removing the core PayPal payment option.

3. Confirm the banner is gone on both pages in an incognito session and that checkout still works.
