"I’m looking to have a lightweight yet reliable CRM built that focuses first and foremost on sales management, then layers in a simple knowledge-base for customer support. The system needs to be available both as a browser-based web app and as a mobile app that runs smoothly on iOS and Android.

Core scope
• Web dashboard where sales reps and managers can track leads, deals, activities, and performance metrics in real time.
• Mobile companion app (React Native or Flutter are fine) mirroring the key sales workflows—lead capture, pipeline view, task reminders, basic notifications.
• Integrated knowledge-base module so the team can quickly answer common customer questions or share internal playbooks. Markdown or rich-text editing and search are must-haves.
• Role-based access, secure login (JWT or OAuth), and a clean REST or GraphQL API so we can plug in future automations.
• Cloud-ready database schema with straightforward deployment instructions (PostgreSQL or MySQL preferred).

Nice-to-have if time allows
– Simple reporting/export to CSV or PDF.
