"I need a Zoho Creator application that takes every cake order from the moment it is logged right through to delivery and keeps everyone in the loop automatically.

Core workflow
• Orders are captured in a clean intake form and then tracked through every production stage.
• Each order is automatically assigned to the appropriate cake master so workloads stay balanced.
• Preparation timelines must be visible on a dashboard that shows what is baking, cooling, decorating, or ready to ship.

WhatsApp automation
The system should trigger real-time WhatsApp messages to both the manager and the owner. Every alert must include the Order ID, Customer Name, and Expected Delivery Time. Three touch-points are mandatory: order confirmation as soon as it is logged, preparation status when the cake master moves it to the next stage, and final delivery status once it leaves the kitchen.
