"Project: Create a fully playable Football Manager 2023 database — 17 merged European leagues + cup & continental competition

Description:
I need a complete, fully-playable Football Manager 2023 database (built in the FM23 Pre-Game Editor) that creates 17 brand-new European leagues, each formed by merging existing top-flight and lower-tier competitions (see attached document for the exact merges). Each new league must retain the original season length and scheduling windows, preserve the intended promotion/relegation ladder, and use the standard three-point system with the official tie-breakers.

In addition to the league pyramids, the deliverable must include:
• A domestic cup competition for every new nation/region that fits naturally into the domestic calendar.
• A continental-style Champions League competition that accepts qualified clubs from each of the 17 leagues.

Deliverables:

The finished .fmf database file created in FM23 Pre-Game Editor.

A quick-start save so I can jump straight into the game.

Verification that the database loads without errors.

Acceptance criteria (job considered done when):
• The file loads error-free in FM23.
• The database passes holiday-tests covering at least 10 seasons.
• All competitions (league schedules, draws, cup fixtures, continental tournament) draw, schedule, run, and conclude exactly as intended across the test seasons." (client-provided description)
