"I want a two-part solution that lets me take complete, real-time control of any Android device from my own management console.

Component 1 – End-user APK
• A lightweight installer the customer can sideload or push through MDM.
• No login screen or credential prompt; once installed it silently registers with the server and waits for commands.

Component 2 – Management Software
• Desktop or web app (your choice) where I can see every enrolled device, click one and immediately view its live screen, interact with touch-events, push or pull files, install/uninstall APKs, and issue system commands such as reboot or shutdown.
• Reliable connectivity over Wi-Fi, mobile data, or USB-tethered ADB.
• Secure traffic (TLS or comparable encryption) so intercepted data can’t be read.

Deliverables
1. Source code for both APK and management console.
2. Signed, ready-to-install APK.
3. Deployment guide and brief user manual.

Acceptance Criteria
• I can connect to a fresh device in under 30 seconds with no login required on the phone.
• Full control works smoothly (touch, keyboard, file transfer, app management).
• Commands like reboot execute successfully and the device automatically reconnects after boot.

Please build in Java/Kotlin (Android) and any stable framework you prefer for the server side (Node, Python, .NET, etc.). Include any third-party libraries you plan to use—scrcpy, WebRTC, or similar—so I can review licensing before work begins." (client-provided description)
