"I need a lean Android app that lets me watch garment production move in real time from cutting to packing, built entirely with Flutter and Firebase services.

Authentication & On-boarding
• Phone-based OTP sign-in powered by Firebase Auth
• Role choice (Owner, Manager, Employee) shown after verification
• Company code check, department selection, Owner approval gate and T&C consent before the user lands on the home screen

Core Workflows
Owner tools
– Visual pipeline builder where I can add, rename, reorder or delete steps, assign managers, set per-step deadlines, define a default template, decide who may post jobs and force proof-of-work photos.

Job creation / edit
– Choose job type and fabric
– Dynamic size × quantity grid that autocalculates totals
– 1–3 compressed images (≤2 MB each)
– Free-form notes and a due date picker

Shop-floor interface
Department screens will list only the jobs relevant to that station. Operators can mark a step Pending, In-Progress, Done, Hold or Rework, attach a photo, enter quantity and timestamp, and move on.

Owner dashboard
A live, filterable production grid with colour legend, search, audit timeline, approvals and granular permission controls keeps me on top of every order.

Tech stack & repos
Flutter 3.x, Firebase Auth, Cloud Firestore, Storage and FCM. You will work in my Git-based repos; I retain the Firebase project and Play Console.

Deliverables
1. Full, well-commented Dart source code
2. Firestore security rules
3. README with build/run steps and env setup
4. Signed release APK/AAB ready for Play Store

Acceptance criteria
• Seamless OTP onboarding for all three roles
• Real-time data sync across devices
• Image uploads stay under the 2 MB limit with compression
• Pipeline builder and live grid behave exactly as described
• Code passes flutter analyze with no errors or warnings

Payment plan
