"I’m rebuilding my digital presence from the ground up and need a versatile partner who can handle three connected tasks:

1. Design and develop a clean, mobile-friendly website whose sole purpose is to generate leads from local customers. A fast load time, clear call-to-action buttons, and an easy-to-use contact form are must-haves. I’m open to WordPress, Webflow, or another CMS you recommend—just keep future edits simple for me.

2. Optimise and manage my Google My Business profile so I appear prominently in local search and Maps results. This includes accurate NAP details, keyword-rich descriptions, service categories, and guidance on reviews.

3. Plan, build, and run paid campaigns on both Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads. I want tightly targeted ads that drive prospects straight to the new landing pages, with conversion tracking and clear reporting so we can refine creatives and keywords quickly.
