"Looking to Buy & Customize a Ready-Made Hotel/Tour Camp Reservation ERP System
We are building a digital tourism platform focused on the Mongolian market, with comprehensive information on destinations, nomadic culture, accommodations, and more. As part of this, we are looking to acquire a ready-built Reservation ERP system for hotels and tourist camps that we can customize and develop further.

We are not starting from scratch. Instead, we want to buy an existing ERP infrastructure with core functionality already in place and develop our own design and features on top of it.

What we need:

A working and clean ERP system (preferably web-based) for hotel/resort/camp reservations

Must include:

Property and room/unit management

Availability/calendar sync

Rate management

Booking flow with basic reporting

Multi-user/admin support

Clean codebase (ideally Laravel, Node.js, Django, or other scalable stack)

Modular structure so we can add our own functions (Mongolia-specific logic, integrations, etc.)

You (or your team) must be available to assist in:

Initial customization and integration with our platform

Ongoing support or consulting (optional but preferred)

Our in-house team will handle long-term development and maintenance. We are looking for a solid foundation to save development time and focus on local adaptation and OTA integration ([login to view URL], Agoda) in the next phase.
