"I have a simple but clear idea: capture the hours I spend on different tasks and instantly see what those hours are worth in dollars. Right now it is only a concept—no wireframes, no tech stack decided—so I need a freelancer who can help me translate “time is money” into an actionable, digital proof of concept.

Scope
• Shape the core user flow: start/stop timer, assign an hourly rate, and watch the cost accumulate in real time.
• Produce a lightweight, clickable prototype that I can test on desktop and mobile.
• Recommend a practical tech stack for the eventual build (I’m open to anything from React or Vue front-ends to no-code solutions if they get us there faster).

Acceptance Criteria
• A shareable prototype link (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).
• Annotated screens explaining how each function works.
• A brief technical note outlining the stack, database, and hosting approach you’d use for the full product.
