"I need a WordPress specialist to spin up a basic, working layout that mirrors the structure and navigation of [login to view URL] or PropertyFinder.ae. The focus is on getting the core pages in place—Buy, Rent, Commercial, Agents, Blog—with the same tabbed flow, menu hierarchy, and clean breadcrumb logic those sites use.

For now, I’m only looking for:
• A modern, minimalist design that’s fully responsive on desktop and mobile
• Re-written placeholder text and headings so everything is unique to my platform
• A simple page builder or theme setup I can edit later (Elementor, Gutenberg, or similar)
• Dummy property cards and agent profiles just to show the grid, list, and detail views working
