"I already run a fully-functional web platform that handles our sports club’s memberships and activities. The next step is to give members the same experience on their phones, so I’m commissioning a brand-new iOS and Android app written from the ground up with today’s best practices (the previous React Native build is now obsolete and has been removed from the stores).

Scope
• Core features to migrate: reliable member registration & profile management plus a clean event scheduling module that mirrors the web workflow.
• New mobile-only enhancement: timely push notifications (e.g. event reminders, membership updates).
• Authentication: straightforward email-and-password login tied to the existing user database.

Assets & Back-end
The complete UI/UX design files are ready to hand over, and the current REST/JSON API that powers the web app will be available. I expect the mobile codebase to be clean, well-documented, and structured so future maintenance is painless. Feel free to suggest React Native, Flutter, or another modern cross-platform approach, provided it delivers native-like performance and App Store / Play Store compliance.

Deliverables
1. Source code repository with clear README and build instructions
2. Test builds for iOS & Android, followed by production-ready binaries
3. Store deployment support (screenshots, store listing assets, basic release notes)
4. Brief hand-over session or documentation covering environment setup, build process, and how to extend the app
