"The first release of my app needs to live on both iOS and Android so I can get it into real hands quickly and start collecting genuine user feedback. I already have the key user stories mapped; what’s missing is a lean, reliable build that captures only those essentials—no extra polish, just a rock-solid core that proves the concept and lets analytics tell us where to go next.

A single code-base approach (React Native, Flutter, or a similar framework) makes the most sense for speed and maintainability, but I’m open to whatever toolset you’re most effective with as long as both stores are covered. Clean architecture, straightforward navigation, and crash-free operation are non-negotiable.

Please highlight your direct experience in shipping early-stage mobile products; concise examples that show how you iterated from MVP to later versions will help me gauge fit quickly.

On delivery I’ll need:
