"I have a React 18 Single Page Application and I want SonarQube scanning fully integrated so I can spot security vulnerabilities before every release.

What I need:
• Install and configure a SonarQube instance (community edition is fine) that can analyse a React 18 SPA built with Webpack/Vite.
• Connect the scanner to my codebase and ensure it runs on demand and in my CI pipeline (GitHub Actions).
• Tune the ruleset so that security-related issues are surfaced first; other metrics such as code quality or code smells can stay at their default levels for now.
• Produce a short README that shows how to trigger the scan locally, interpret the report, and add new branches to the analysis.

Acceptance:
– A successful pipeline run that uploads results to SonarQube with at least one sample vulnerability flagged.
– Documentation clear enough for another developer on my team to re-run the scan without your help.
